At Legatrad we tailor our fees to each project as we realise that every job is different. When producing a quote we take into account factors such as the languages involved, the total number of words, how specialised the text is, the deadline and the format, etc.

Minimum fee for small jobs
For short texts, we apply a minimum fee.
However, if you require brief translations on a regular basis (such as emails or internal communications), we can create a customized pricing plan that waives this fee. Contact us for more information!
Payment Terms
For new clients, we require a 30% advance payment of the total amount.
The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of the translation, with a payment term of 30 days from the invoice date.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Bizum, and cash. If you require an alternative payment method, please contact us.
Sworn Translation Delivery
Certified translations have to be stamped and signed by the sworn translator, so they must be delivered on paper. We deliver them free of charge anywhere in Spain within 24 hours if the price of the translation is over €100. For smaller amounts, we apply the cost of registered mail or courier service, according to your preference.
