Marc Duckett

He has been working as a freelance translator since 1999, translating texts for law firms, insurance companies, public authorities, multinationals, individuals and agencies.

He specialises in translating all kinds of legal documents from contracts, laws and court judgments to expert reports, articles in academic journals and public deeds.

He works closely with many certified translators, preparing English translations for certification.

He has also translated many books of fiction and non-fiction, including several novels and biographies, more than 100 articles for National Geographic publications, as well as marketing for various international brands.

His experience includes a wide variety of other texts such as family court documents, share and bond issues, reports for NGOs and international organisations, academic papers, collective bargaining agreements, psychological assessments, and public policy documents.
